climate control

Climate Control is an education outreach project funded by Lancashire County Council. It will run until November 2008 and hopefully beyond. The project aims to educate 7-14 yr olds on the causes and solutions concerning climate change. Using interactive games and classroom based activities the students will be given information on the issue and will also be expected to do some investigation themselves.

There are 2 schools officers (Helen and Zoe), who will be visiting the lucky Junior and High schools. Its first come first served - so make sure your school doesn’t miss out! Climate control will link in to the eco school scheme and sustainable schools - so the school will benefit after we’ve left!

To organise a visit for your school from the Climate Control team please contact us on 01772 749403, or email climatecontrol@lancswt.org.uk
