Our part-time volunteering opportunities will help you develop your skills and give you the opportunity to get involved with longer term projects, boost your CV and meet new people. Here are just some of the projects we have been working on:

Greater Manchester

Dads, Lads and Lasses - Young people have been trained to deliver eco-playschemes to the local children at Oldham's UCAN centre in Bolton

IMPACT Design Group - working in partnership with PRESCAP and students at University of Bolton, young people designed the publicity material for IMPACT, working within the ethos of the Wildlife Trust

Green Generation, Bolton - Working in partnership with Bolton Council, young people meet each month to campaign on environmental issues

North Merseyside

The Mudpack Merseyside - Meeting on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of every month, this group has been involved in lots of conservation tasks. They have helped to clear Rhododendron in Croxteth Park, thin trees and build paths in Fazakerley, and helped the Tree O'Clock event with the Friend of Millwood, where they planted 500 trees in an hour!
