Brockholes Visitor Engagement Volunteer

Our Visitor Engagement Volunteer Team are based in the Welcome Centre on our floating Visitor Village and have an essential role to play in providing a warm welcome to all our visitors.

We'll then arrange a time for you to come to Brockholes for a chat to learn more about the roles we have available and what’s involved!

Please note that we can only take volunteers who are aged 16 and over.

This role involves helping our visitors to plan their day and get the most out of their visit.

You’ll need to share your enthusiasm for the reserve, our wildlife and our conservation work with our visitors and promote the work of Lancashire Wildlife Trust and all that Brockholes has to offer.

We're currently looking for a volunteer for a regular weekly slot on a Friday morning from 9:30am to 1:30pm.

We're also looking for Visitor Engagement Volunteers for a regularly weekly Monday morning slot and also Tuesday afternoon from April to October. If you're interested in the Monday or Tuesday slots you can apply now, to complete your induction and initial training ready for April.
