We're looking for volunteers to join our team of livestock checkers and, following training, conduct a weekly check on the longhorn cattle at Lightshaw Meadows on either Tuesdays or Wednesdays from April to September.

This is a great opportunity to spend around one hour at this peaceful wetland nature reserve and check the animals, making sure the fences are intact and keeping an eye out for any other reportable issues.

If you’re interested in helping us, please read the role description below and contact our Conservation Grazing Officer, Lucy O'Reilly, at loreilly@lancswt.org.uk to apply.
