IMPACT works with 16-25 year olds in Greater Manchester and North Merseyside, getting them involved in environmental projects that will benefit local communities and tackle climate change issues.
Unleashing the passion
Young people are given the opportunity to get active, and take ownership of environmental issues they feel passionate about.
This could include opportunities such as making an environmental film, designing leaflets, getting involved with arts projects or working to develop community allotment schemes. Practical conservation is another area where young people are given the chance to get involved with Wildlife Trust experts and learn new skills.
