The Cafe at Moss Bank Park

The Cafe at Moss Bank Park

Stop, eat and go!

Tuck yourself away with a refreshing cuppa and indulge in classics such as a full English breakfast, homemade pies, fresh soups, tempting quiches and filling sandwiches. Alternatively, just kick back and enjoy a sunny afternoon with a delicious ice cream, slice of cake or a glass something cool.

With tantalising treats and mouth-watering meals the Café at Moss Bank Park really does make a walk through the park an experience to look forward to. So next time you visit the park or the Hive, why not take time out to sample the food and see for yourself?

Our café offers a comfortable dining experience with a stunning view of the park, but if you’re in a hurry you can just as easily grab a takeaway drink and a treat to go!

The Café, like the Hive, is managed by the Lancashire Wildlife Trust. We do not receive any direct government funding and each time you visit you’re helping to support our vital work on the site.

Located at the rear of the park near the children’s play area, the café is easily accessible. There are disabled toilet facilities and baby changing facilities.

New opening hours

Due to COVID-19 we've amended our café opening hours in order to keep you and your family, our staff and our volunteers safe at this difficult time. For now, the café is operating on a takeaway-only basis and there are one-way systems in place when you pop by to order your food.

Current café opening hours

Normal hours: Open seven days a week: 10am - 4pm

We've also received the 'We're Good to Go' COVID-safe accreditation from Visit England, to give you even more peace of mind.

The Good to Go accreditation has been awarded to Lancashire Wildlife Trust
