Here's what to expect from your day in the wild

Our specialist Nature and Wellbeing Team will lead you through a number of eco-therapy activities, ranging from Practical Conservation, Planting, Wildlife Walks, Bushcraft, Environmental Art and Mindfulness.

Our natural settings will empower you to take some time to notice nature and reflect upon your own wellbeing. Our aim is to use nature to practise and explore our connection with nature to support positive wellbeing, reduce stress, improve self-esteem and increase resilience - whilst helping nature’s recovery.

Wild Wellbeing Days are currently being delivered at Brockholes Nature Reserve – just off Junction 31 of the M6 at Preston and includes lunch, refreshments and resources for you to take home and imbed the 5 Ways to Wellbeing into your everyday life.
