About the event
Our fluffier than usual reindeer will be visiting Brockholes on the 12th and 20th December, come and meet them!
Father Christmas will be stopping off at Brockholes this festive season where Rudolph and friends will be taking a well-earned holiday out on the reserve in preparation for the big day. But who will guide the sleigh in the meantime? Don't worry, Poppywood Alpacas have stepped in to save the day, donning some festive headgear as they step into their new role!
We have plenty to keep the whole family entertained on our floating visitor village this festive season including festive crafts, Christmas markets, Father Christmas grotto and much more.
Our 'reindeer' will be visiting the reserve on the 12th and 20th December and look forward to meeting you!
Bookable in half hour slots. Due to limited places, pre-booking is recommended to avoid disappointment as we cannot guarantee tickets on the day.
'Reindeer' petting and feeding is £5 per person with proceeds supporting the Lancashire Wildlife Trust in our work to create, protect and manage vital habitat for wildlife and connect people with nature across Lancashire, Manchester and North Merseyside.
Know before you go
Dogs
To protect the wildlife and conservation grazing cattle on the reserve and also to protect the alpacas during this event, we do operate a no dogs policy at Brockholes with the exception of service dogs.
