About the event

Learn how you can adapt classic food and drink recipes to make them using wild ingredients.

Participants will forage for the ingredients and staff will guide you through how to make the puddings. There will also be premade puddings for you to try and you can take some foraged ingredients home with you at the end to try and make these recipes for yourself.

We will also be joined by Feral Outdoor Company who will be providing the ingredients for two foraged cocktails each and talking through how to make them and the folklore behind the plants involved. Non-alcoholic options are available.

£40 pp or £35 pp if booking as a pair.

All equipment will be provided and this event will take place in our sensory garden. As there will be a short walk as part of the event, please dress for the outdoors and wear sturdy outdoor footwear (walking boots are recommended). Please bring a bag you can use for collecting foraged items in too.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements in advance. 

If relevant make us aware of any regular medication you are taking so that we can avoid using ingredients that may interfere with this (e.g. blood thinning medication).
