About the event

At least 21 species of skate, ray and shark are found in UK waters and we will be collecting their empty egg cases to discover what species may be laying their eggs in the Irish Sea.

We will use ID guides to identify each species of egg case we find washed up in the sand and will be sharing our findings with The Shark Trust, who keep a record of UK finds.

No booking is required, just dress appropriately for the weather.

We will meet by the notice board on Rossall Promenade, in front of the free car parking spaces
