All profits from the Lottery help fund our conservation work; so by playing, you are directly helping protect wildlife and wild places across our region - from our coast, to our moorlands, woodlands, wetlands and beyond.

The Lottery costs from as little as £2 a month, and the more people that play, the more funds we can raise!

To play, simply join below and select Lancashire Wildlife Trust as your local Trust on the signup form. You'll receive your confirmation from Cumbria Wildlife Trust, who do all the administration for the lottery.

Win for Wildlife Lottery - important information

Terms & Conditions

Each lottery entry in Win for Wildlife gets assigned a unique number. Each lottery number costs £2 and will be entered into the prize draw once every month. These numbers are submitted into a Random Number Generator.

The lottery number drawn first wins the 1st prize, the second number drawn wins the 2nd prize, the third drawn wins 3rd prize and so on. We do not host rollovers. The draw takes place on the 20th of every month (or the next working day if the 20th falls on a weekend or Bank Holiday).

Lancashire Wildlife Trust publishes the winning lottery numbers on this page each month. If a player does not have internet access, they are welcome to call Cumbria Wildlife Trust's Lottery Team on 01539 816300 (Monday to Friday 10.00am – 4.00pm) to find out if they have won.

Prize cheques are automatically issued to the winners and posted out.

North West Wildlife Trusts reserve the right to publish winners’ names for publicity purposes, but will be deliberately vague and not include both first and last names simultaneously (e.g., Mr Taylor, from Barrow / Sharron, from Preston).

Win for Wildlife is drawn monthly.

The first three people to be drawn are deemed winners for the month:

1st Drawn = £500 prize

2nd Drawn = £100 prize

3rd Drawn = £25 prize

Runners up - there tend to be several runners up, depending on how many entries we receive.

Each entry for Win for Wildlife costs £2 a month. This can be paid by Direct Debit (using the paper form)*, online as an annual payment, or by cheque, also as an annual payment.

*we are working on being able to accept Direct Debit payments for lottery membership online; for now, please see the postal form above to download your Direct Debit lottery form, or alternatively complete the online form and pay annually.

Players are permitted to purchase more than one entry.

All entries are paid in advance of the monthly draw.

North West Wildlife Trusts reserve the right to cancel an existing subscription, decline to accept an application, or terminate or suspend the monthly lottery scheme.

Any cancellation of an existing subscription by Lancashire Wildlife Trust will not affect your previous purchase of monthly lottery entries nor your rights as a holder of such entries, providing that you are, as is law, 18 or over.

The Win for Wildlife promoter – Cumbria Wildlife Trust – operates a Complaints Procedure which can be found here.

If you have any issues whatsoever regarding your lottery entry, please contact our Lottery Team either by calling 01539 816300 or emailing lottery@cumbriawildlifetrust.org.uk.
