About the event

The Community Conversation sessions are part of the timetable of events that Lancashire Wildlife Trust are holding with local communities surrounding and within the West Pennine Moors to ensure that local voices are truly represented and heard within these plans. These drop-in sessions are an opportunity for local communities to chat with members of the West Pennine Moors team and have a constructive say on access, community involvement, infrastructure, environment, and local issues.

This feedback will allow us to explore with local communities what the Landscape Recovery Scheme could offer to support their opportunities and aspirations whilst also looking at how to address local challenges. These sessions will also provide an opportunity to find out more about some of the habitat restoration work that is already taking place in the area.
