About the event

The workshop will begin with a guided tour of the Greenhouses, offering you the opportunity to observe and appreciate the delicate beauty of the apricot and peach blossoms in bloom.

You will be encouraged to photograph details, textures, and forms that resonate with them, creating a visual reference to inform their creative work. Following the tour, you will be introduced to slab-building techniques and guided step by step in creating a unique vessel. Surface decoration will be thoughtfully developed, drawing inspiration from the shapes, patterns, and atmosphere observed within the greenhouses. Once the vessel is complete, you can enhance their designs with a layer of acrylic paint, adding colour and depth to bring your finished piece to life.
