About the event

Using identification guides and iNaturalist we will find, observe and record the different species that we find on the rocky groyne and artificial rock pools in front of Rossall Point Observation Tower. We'll chat a bit about different survey methods, as well as how to use ID guides, books and iNaturalist to help us work out what we find.

What to bring

Please bring clothing appropriate to the weather and any medication you may need. We will be walking on wet sand and there may be areas of standing water, wellies or shoes you don't mind getting wet are therefore recommended.

Parking information

There is free parking at Rossall Point car park on Beach Road. It is a 10 minute walk from there to the start point.
