About the event

Get hands-on helping to improve the woodland at Kenworthy Woods for nature. We will be getting stuck in to some practical conservation activities such as scrub clearnace and woodland thinning. You will learn how these actions support your local wildlife and have the opportunity to spend time outdoors with members of your local community.

All activities will be set at an age/ability appropriate level.

This event is open to everyone, but particularly targeted at young people aged 16-25.

If you are 16 or 17, you must bring a completed Parental Consent Form with you (available to download when you book).

Please ensure that you cancel your place if you can not attend to allow someone else to come along.

The session will still run in mild rain/bad weather, but we will contact you the day before if the weather forecast is too bad to be able to safely go ahead.
