About the event

Take a trip around the reserve at your leisure to complete the activity. Once you have booked you will be able to download the activity sheets. The sheets include a map identifying the clues along the way, the crossword with questions, an answer sheet and additional activity.

Park in the car park and begin at the start point. Please note the reserve may close at 4pm over winter.

Please note: This activity takes place outdoors around the reserve, so we advise bringing suitable outdoor clothing and footwear for the weather conditions. Supervision of children is always required as paths may be wet and muddy. Follow guidance once on site and please keep to the paths. Unfortunately, the larger gates on the reserve at the start and end of any trail will be locked, so access is only available through the kissing gates. Thank you.

Please note there will be no access to the facilities on site. Free parking available.
