This family commonly called Composites, is the largest in the British flora, with many of its species looking confusingly alike. Places are still available on this workshop that will attempt to unpick some of the knottier ID problems with a short presentation in the classroom and then looking at specimens on the reserve.

Participants will be given a free copy of Faith Anstey's book, "Start to Identify Composite Flowers: Daisy, Dandelion, Thistle" worth £8.95 plus postage when bought online (£7.49 plus £2.80 P&P at Amazon).
