About the event

Join the international Great Nurdle Hunt!

We will be looking at a small section of the beach and searching for nurdles. These are small lentil sized pieces of primary plastic. This is how plastic is transported around the world to be made into other things.  Unfortunately they get spilt and pollute our water.

Any nurdles and small plastics we find we will take off the beach, document and record what we find, submitting onto a map of nurdle finds around the world.

This event is for anyone over the age of 7. Under 18s need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
