About the event

Our guided bat walk will start with an introduction to these fascinating creatures and the equipment we will be using to detect them before heading out on the reserve for a walk to see if the bats are out and about!

Please arrive at our Visitor Centre for 7.00pm to collect your hot drink & biscuit ready for a 7.30pm start.

The session will be approximately 2.5 hours long and will comprise of a walk with many stopping points to observe and talk about bats.

We'll be walking on accessible stone paths, though these may be slightly uneven in parts, so please wear sensible shoes or boots for walking, along with appropriate clothing for the weather. Please bring a torch.

£15 per person. Car parking charge included. Please give your registration to the walk leader on the day.
