About the event

Find your coastal calm by joining us for a wellbeing day on the Fylde Coast. Learn all the ways our wonderful dunes can help you connect with nature through our schedule of activities:

10:00am: Beach Yoga - Start your day with a refreshing yoga session. Breathe in the fresh sea air as you flow through rejuvenating poses.

11:00am: Wellbeing Workshop - Learn techniques to be present and find peace amongst nature.

12:00pm: Beachcombing - Immerse yourself fully in the present moment as you slow down and observe the strandline (the ever-changing line where the ocean meets the land). Collect shells and natural materials examining the varied colours, patterns, and shapes whilst learning about the animals that might have once lived in them.

1:30pm: Make Your Own Sandala - Get creative by designing your own sandala (sand mandala) using the different coloured sands and natural materials.

2:00pm: Beach Clean - Help keep our dunes and beaches beautiful! Give back to the community by leaving the beach in a better condition than you found it. Litter picking equipment provided.

Whether you join us for one activity or stay for the whole day, you'll gain a new appreciation for our coastal environment. Let us guide you in reconnecting with nature. This wellbeing day provides the perfect opportunity to escape from distractions, de-stress, and prioritise your wellbeing.
