Reconnect, Recharge, and Find Calm in the Outdoors

Take a breath, slow down, and experience nature in a more mindful way. This calming and reflective workshop is designed to help you explore the connection between nature and wellbeing, using simple techniques to ease stress and enhance your sense of connection.

Championing Nature is a multi-year programme delivered by Lancashire Wildlife Trust and made possible by Wimbledon and Emirates.
