About the event

Join our Guided Walk Leaders for a fascinating prehistoric tour of Brockholes.

We will visit the Brockholes stone circle at the time of the spring equinox and cover the Ice Age and the impact it had on local geography including a look at some of our impressive glacial erractics!

We will also take a closer look at the history of local people in Lancashire right up to the Roman Invasion!

The walk is at a gentle pace, with lots of stopping to look a points of interest. 

Pre booking is required. Please note that booking closes at 4.00pm the day before the event.

Come dressed for the weather conditions wearing sturdy footwear.

Normal parking charges apply.
