Corporate Conservation Day FAQs

The minimum cost per day is £600 + VAT for up to 10 people. 

Any further participants will cost £60pp + VAT

We welcome teams and companies of all sizes.

We also offer bookable days that have been specifically tailored to small sized teams and businesses that may be more suited to your businesses needs. More information about these days can be found on our events page. 

Our Corporate Conservation Days take place come rain or shine. Please be sure to wear appropriate clothing and bring a change of clothes with you should you day fall on a wet day. 

Should the weather be deemed to dangerous by our reserve team for you to be out onsite, we will contact you and re-arrange your session free of charge.  

Lunch is not included as standard. We encourage teams to bring packed lunches and ensure that you all have enough food and water to keep you fuelled throughout the day. 

Catering options are available at Brockholes and Mere Sands Wood. If you are interested in booking catering for your day please do let us know when you are booking. 

Not all of the sites we offer have toilet facilities onsite, this will be communicated to you when booking. 

For those of you who don't fancy a 'wild wee', Portaloo hire for your day is available at an extra cost. 

Upon booking you will receive a copy of our cancellation policy. 

We appreciate you may need to cancel or re-schedule. The charge incurred varies depending on the amount of notice given from the date of your Corporate Conservation Day:

• 0-4 weeks’ notice - no refund or reschedule. Full amount is still payable should you cancel within this time period.
• 4-8 weeks’ notice - 50% refund or free reschedule.
• More than 8 weeks’ notice - free refund or reschedule.
