Room Hire Options
Our event space is 6m x 6m and can accommodate up to 60 people with parking included in the room hire. We work closely with Sunshine Tearooms who can also provide catering for your event, contact sunshinetearooms@gmail.com with any queries.
Room Hire
Hourly rate (between 9am and 5pm) - £40.00 per hour
Half Day (9am to 1pm or 1pm to 5pm) - £120.00
Full Day (9am to 5pm) - £240.00

Classroom layout - up to 12 people
Theatre layout - up to 60 people
Reception layout - up to 50 people
Conference layout - up to 16 people
U shape layout - up to 16 people
