Den Building
Den building is a great activity to encourage team-building, creativity and the development of gross motor skills in younger learners.
Our den building areas consist of either three or five Y-shaped branches secured into the ground to act as foundations to build around. These are supplied with brash bundles to assemble the dens.
Both brash and log products are produced from trees managed sustainably on our reserves.
Knot Tying Posts
Knot tying posts are great for developing fine motor skills and consist of two posts between which paracord can be tied to hang tarps as additional shelters. Each post also has 5 eyelets on which to practice knot tying.
