May 12th-18th is Mental Health Awareness Week, and the theme this year is community. Being part of a safe, positive community is vital for our mental health and wellbeing.

Community can mean a whole host of different things for different people.

Maybe you've got a tight-knit family, or you've got a chosen family of friends who support you. Your community might be from a hobby, or even work. Whatever it is, it's important to connect with other people.
